Where to join a health insurance fund in Belgium

Branches by city, with the days they receive new members

Many branches hold a counter only on certain weekdays, and a few take a summer break or work by appointment. Each branch shows which fund it belongs to, when it receives members and what to ask about the start of your cover.

Book an appointment online or by phone, and tell the adviser about your job and any insurance you already have.

Ask CM which identity, existing-insurance and dependent-family evidence your situation requires. First-time applicants receive follow-up to complete affiliation; international students and expats connected to a school or university have a dedicated route that sends documents and instructions by email. Confirm contributions, optional policies and the effective date. A form submission or appointment is not confirmation of entitlement.
